This website will serve as a homeowner resource for all the information you need as a homeowner to stay informed on all of the latest developments within our community ~ everything from community maintenance schedules to events planned by our Social Committee.
The Resident Portal also provides you with a direct link to our management company – Katonah Management Group. This feature will allow homeowners a way to:
- Conveniently submit documentation and work orders
- Easily see your account information
- Serve as a single location to communicate with Katonah Management
- Be able to keep your personal information private or share with the community
All homeowner communications will be posted on the portal, and every homeowner will receive an email when a new posting comes out, even if you choose not to add your personal information.
The Resident Portal also serves as a resource center for official information about Glassbury Court. All of our official documents are always available on the portal, from financial reports, annual meeting minutes and HOA rules, regulations and by-laws.
